Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and develop new market opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and implementing strategies to expand our network of clients and collaborators. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strategic relationships with public institutions, companies, and commercial partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop relationships with potential partners and clients
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the execution of growth strategies
  • Monitor project performance and prepare progress reports

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the tech, tourism, or digital sector is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Good command of written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing partnerships with public institutions or large companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and market analysis.
  • Passion for innovation and the tourism sector.
